Millicent Grant, the director of Novavista Limited and lead provider of the company's services, has over 12 years experience in the public sector following a number of years working in the private sector. She also has over 10 years parallel experience as a trustee and management team member in the voluntary sector.

She has worked for an inner London local authority as an employment lawyer, and senior policy lawyer advising on Corporate HR policies, assisting with the development and implementation of policies and conducting complex Employment Tribunal cases, building expertise in policy development and implementation and equalities and diversity.

She is an experienced coach and mentor trained to provide corporate and executive coaching.
